S25HS02GTFABHB050

Active and preferred

The S25HS02GTFABHB050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Dual-die architecture enables high density. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, operating at 1.7–2.0 V. ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety, Endurance flex, ECC with SECDED, SafeBoot, advanced sector protection, CRC data integrity, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification make it ideal for automotive, industrial, and safety-critical systems.
