Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports flexible sector architectures and Quad SPI with DDR read speeds up to 102 MBps. ISO26262 ASIL B compliant, it offers ECC for error correction, advanced sector protection, and at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles. Designed for automotive and industrial use, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 requirements.
