CY14V101PS-SF108XI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) quad-SPI nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock. It supports SPI/DPI/QPI with 108 MHz clock and up to 54 MBps read/write. Data is stored in SRAM with automatic STORE to SONOS nonvolatile cells at power-down and RECALL at power-up; 1,000K STORE endurance and 20-year retention at 85°C. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.71 V to 2.0 V I/O.
