The HV56266 IC is an AECQ100 rated, 300V High Voltage Amplifier integrated circuit. The device operates on a 300V high voltage supply and a 5.0V low voltage supply. Amplifiers input voltage range from 0V to 3.3V and output swing ranges from 1.0V to VPP – 5V with a 500μA sink/source current (maximum) and 270μA (typical) capability. The HV56266 is designed for maximum performance with minimal high voltage current. The high voltage current for each channel is less than 200 μA.
