EiceDRIVER™ 25 V single-channel, low-side gate driver IC with typical 1.5 A source and 1.5 A sink currents in 5-lead SOT23 package for MOSFETs and IGBTs. The proprietary latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers feature a current buffer stage.
