It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz. QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells back up SRAM with AutoStore on power-down plus software or HSB pin STORE/RECALL. Data retention is 20 years at 85°C with 1,000K STORE cycles.
