The ADH322S is non-reflective GaAs, MESFET, SP8T switch in a 24-lead glass/metal hermetic SMT package. Covering DC to 2010 MHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. This switch also includes an on-board binary decoder circuit, which reduces the required logic control lines to three. The ADH322S operates using a negative control voltage of 0/−5 V and requires a fixed bias of −5 V.
