It supports flexible sector architectures and Quad SPI (up to 102 MBps DDR, 83 MBps SDR), Dual SPI, and standard SPI. Safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, Endurance Flex partitions, ECC with SECDED, and CRC for data integrity. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 automotive grades up to 125°C.
