XDP720-001

Infineon's XDP720-001 eFuse integrates a hot-swap controller, a low RDS(on) FET with up to 20 A current carrying capability, and a current sense in a small 6 mm x 5 mm package. With its wide operating voltage range, Surge Immunity, telemetry, and extensive list of protection features against e.g., inrush current, under- and overvoltage, and overcurrent, it is especially suitable for sophisticated 48 V/54 V (AI) server and data center applications.
