The DLP78TUV digital micromirror device (DMD) is a digitally controlled micro-opto-electromechanical system (MOEMS) spatial light modulator (SLM) that enables 1080p and 4K UHD imaging systems. When coupled to an appropriate optical system, the DMD displays a very crisp and high-quality image. This DMD is a component of the chipset comprising DLP78TUV DMD, DLPC6422 light Controller, DLPA300 micromirror driver, and DLPA100 power supply. The compact physical size of the chipset provides a complete system that enables small form factor 4K UHD or 1080p HD imaging with high power output, high contrast optical engines for fast, high resolution, reliable DLP 3D Printers.

To help accelerate the design cycle, the DMD ecosystem includes established resources, which include production ready optical modules, optical module manufacturers, and design houses.
