It offers a digital PWM signal, easily decoded by microcontroller timer/capture units. External lowpass filter enables A/D conversion with sensor supply voltage as reference. IC is produced in BiCMOS tech with reverse polarity protection. 16-bit DSP architecture ensures excellent long-term stability.
