It supports 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V), DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for 400 MBps throughput, and 35 ns max access time. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C) and 24-ball FBGA package options support high-bandwidth embedded memory buffers.
