The CY15B104QN-20BFXIT is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) providing nonvolatile memory with virtually unlimited endurance and 151-year data retention. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features a fast SPI interface up to 50 MHz, advanced write protection, low-power modes down to 0.1 µA, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector. The UFLGA package is suited for industrial controls, frequent data logging, and embedded systems.
