CY14E256Q5A-SXQT is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. AutoStore saves data on power-down and Power-Up RECALL restores it, or both can be triggered by SPI STORE/RECALL. It supports 40 MHz SPI modes 0 and 3, runs from 4.5 V to 5.5 V at –40°C to +105°C, and provides an 8-byte serial number plus manufacturer/product ID in an 8-pin SOIC with VCAP.
