CY14B101LA-SZ45XIT is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to 85°C and supports 45 ns access. Data is automatically stored on power-down using a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, with STORE/RECALL also pin- or software-initiated. It is rated for 20-year retention and 1M STORE cycles for data logging and configuration backup.
