MCP1632

In Production

The MCP1632 is a standalone, high-speed Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) controller.  It offers an integrated, low-side MOSFET driver that supports Boost, SEPIC, and Flyback power conversion topologies, and can be configured as either a peak current mode controller, or a voltage mode controller.  The MCP1632 is offered in two switching frequency options:  300kHz and 600kHz, enabling a balance of power conversion efficiency versus the overall size of the solution.
