HV7322

In Production

The HV7322 is an 8-channel, true 5-Level or pseudo 7-Level, high voltage pulser with integrated dual T/R switches. It is designed for medical ultrasound or nondestructive testing (NDT) applications. The device has seven output levels: VPP0, 1, 2, VNN0, 1, 2 and GND. The output transistors can provide up to ±2A of current at ±80V maximum. HV7322 has the 220 MHz differential retiming clock which realigns the logic input signals to a master clock. This feature reduces delay variations caused by FPGA inaccuracies and/or long PCB traces. The built-in gate driver regulators allow interdependent VPP0, 1, 2 and VNN0, 1, 2 HV rails and freely move the voltage from 0 to ± 80V. The logic control voltages are designed to work with LVDS or LVCMOS logic families. For further information, please conta...
