The linear sensor TLE4998P is designed for accurate rotation&position detection, and current measurement. It offers a digital PWM signal, ideal for direct decoding by units measuring rectangular signals. The IC is produced in BiCMOS technology with high voltage capability and reverse polarity protection. Digital signal processing with 16-bit DSP architecture ensures excellent long-time stability. PWM output frequency is selectable (122-1953 Hz).
