It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps throughput, 35 ns max access time, and Hybrid Sleep or deep power-down to 12 µA at 2.0 V. It is supplied in a 24-ball FBGA. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40 to 85°C).
