It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI modes up to 133 MHz, with DDR Quad Read at 66 MBps. A 256-byte page program buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, and advanced security with individual and region protection make it ideal for code storage, XIP, and secure data in automotive systems.
