Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C and achieves read rates up to 54 MBps (Quad, 108 MHz). With flexible sector options, a 1024-byte OTP region, 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure embedded storage.
