CY14ME064Q2A-SXQT is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for data retention without a battery. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over –40°C to +105°C, supports 40 MHz SPI (modes 0 and 3) with zero-cycle read/write, and includes write protection plus an 8-byte serial number. AutoStore uses a VCAP capacitor to STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up.
