CY14B256I-SFXI

Active and preferred

CY14B256I-SFXI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) serial I2C nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C and supports I2C speeds up to 3.4 MHz with zero-cycle read/write. AutoStore copies SRAM to QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells on power-down and recalls on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be commanded. Data retention is 20 years at 85°C in a 16-pin SOIC.
