CY14B104LA-ZS45XI is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) parallel nvSRAM that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and automatically STOREs data on power-down using a VCAP capacitor, with software- or pin-initiated STORE and power-up RECALL. It supports 45 ns access, 1M STORE cycles, and 20-year data retention in a 44-pin TSOP II industrial grade package.
