The low on-state voltage allows very high forward current of around 10.3 kA continuously. The 56DN06B02 is mechanically compatible to 56DN06B01 and very compact with a diameter of 56 mm and a height of 5 mm. *IFAV @ Tc= 100°C **IFAV @ Tc= 85°C
