ADuM4470 / ADuM4471 / ADuM4472 / ADuM4473 / ADuM4474 is a four-channel digital isolator with integrated regulated DC-DC isolated power supply controller and integrated internal MOSFET driver. The DC/DC controller has a built-in isolated PWM feedback on the primary side, using iCoupler^® chip-level transformer technology and complete loop compensation. It is not necessary to use an optocoupler for feedback and to compensate the loop for stability.

Compared to unregulated isolated DC/DC power supplies, ADuM447x isolators can provide a more stable output voltage and higher efficiency. It is packaged in a wide-body SOIC, fully integrated feedback and loop compensation, providing a smaller size and 8.3 mm creepage distance solution. Regulated feedback can provide a relatively flat efficiency curve over the entire output power range. AduM3070 can enable a DC/DC converter with an isolated output voltage range of 3.3 V to 24 V from an input voltage of 5.0 V or 3.3 V, with an output power of 2.5 W
