Part details & applications

The AD7675 is a 1.5 LSB INL charge redistribution SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a 100 kSPS 16-Bit sampling ADC, a differential input structure, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7675 has No Missing Codes performance, a SINAD of 92 dB, consumes only 15mW power at 100 kSPS, and comes in a 48-pin LQFP package.

The AD7675 is based on the PulSAR core and is among the the industry's most accurate parts. It also offers a dramatic improvement in power over other parts.
