HV2815

In Production

The HV2815 is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 32X1:1 high-voltage analog switch with only a +5V bias supply. All the switch channels can pass up to ±100V high-voltage pulsed signals however not a DC. They are intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching by low voltage controls, such as ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers and printers. The HV2815 has a 2.9A peak-current performance in a 121-lead, 10 mm x 10 mm TFBGA package. The ON/OFF state of the 32 switches can be programmed individually through a digital serial interface. The device has a typical 6Ω ON resistance and a 50 MHz bandwidth for small signals. The HV2815 is pin-to-pin compatible to microchip previously released device, HV2070, except for bias pins. The HV2815 ha...
