The DSC8001 is a programmable MEMS based CMOS oscillator offering excellent stability performance over a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures.  The device operates from 1 to 150 MHz in increments of 100 Hz (up to four decimal point resolution) with supply voltages between 1.8 to 3.3 Volts and extended temperatures from -40ºC to 105ºC.
