The DSC1500 family is an industry’s leading MEMS oscillator which offers excellent jitter and stability performance at a very low power over a wide range of supply voltage (1.71V to 3.63V) and temperature (–40°C to +125°C). The device operates from 2.3 MHz to 170 MHz with 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltage and from 2.3 MHz to 125 MHz with 1.8V supply voltage.The devices incorporate an all-silicon resonator that is extremely robust. A MEMS-based design allows for a higher level of reliability, making the DSC1500 ideal for rugged, industrial, and portable applications where stress, shock, and vibrations can damage quartz crystal-based systems.
