This 75mA Schottky barrier diode family is metallurgically bonded and offers military grade qualifications for high-reliability applications on “1N” prefixed numbers, as well as "CDLL" and "DSB" prefixed numbers for packaged COTs components, "CD" prefixed for COTs die, "CDS" prefixed for JANS grade and "MNS" prefixed for Microchip New Space. This small diode is hermetically sealed with four levels of product assurance JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, JANS for the military grade encapsulated devices, as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/444 and two levels of product assurance provided for each unencapsulated device type, JANHC, AND JANKC. The device package for the encapsulated device type are as follows: DO-35, surface mount version DO-213AA, UR and surface mount versions UB. This family of switching Schottky types cover following part numbers: 1N5711, 1N5711-1, CD5711, CDLL5711, CDS5711-1, 1N5712, 1N5712-1, CD5712, CDLL5712, CDS5712-1, 1N6857, 1N6857-1, CDLL6857, CDS6857, 1N6858 and 1N6858-1, CDLL6858, CDS6858, DSB2810, DSB5712 with average rectifier output current (Io) of 33mA to 150mA, working peak reverse voltage (Vrwm) of 16V to 50V, and maximum reverse leakage current (Ir) of 150nA to 200nA. Unidirectional as well as doubler, common anode and common cathode polarities are available.
