TLS810B1xxV50 is a low quiescent current regulator, perfect for automotive and permanent battery supply systems. It provides a fixed 5V output with 2% accuracy and up to 100mA current. Requires only a 1μF ceramic capacitor for stability. Suitable for systems during cranking. Includes internal protection against output failures. Enable feature for on/off control, consuming <1μA when switched off.
