It supports DDR operation up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps throughput and 35 ns maximum access time. The 3.0 V device operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and provides Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down modes in a 24-ball FBGA (6 × 8 × 1.0 mm) package.
