It supports octal and SPI interfaces compliant with JEDEC JESD251, SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 332 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 and ISO26262 ASIL B/D safety standards. Endurance Flex, ECC, and CRC ensure reliability and data integrity. The 24-ball BGA package supports up to 125°C for harsh environments.
