It features Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, flexible sector architectures, up to 400 MBps Octal DDR read, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex. Minimum endurance is 2,560,000 cycles for the main array.
