It runs from a 1.8 V VCC supply (1.7 V to 2.0 V), supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz (400 MBps) with 35 ns max access time, and offers linear or wrapped bursts plus deep power-down down to 12 µA. It is in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch) automotive BHA grade.
