The S27KL0643GABHV023 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface using an 8-bit DQ bus, RWDS strobe, CS#, and RESET#. It runs from 1.8 V or 3.0 V supply (VCC 1.7 to 2.0 V, or 2.7 to 3.6 V) and supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps throughput, with 35 ns max access time. Hybrid Sleep and deep power down reach 12 µA (2.0 V) or 15 µA (3.6 V).
