It supports 1.7 V to 2.0 V or 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MBps throughput, with 35 ns max access time. Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down cut standby to 360 µA and 15 µA at 105°C; it is offered in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch) package.
