It supports flexible sector architectures, up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, and 25-year data retention. Quad SPI interface delivers up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz), with ECC for single-bit correction and two-bit detection. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) for automotive and industrial use.
