It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI, QPI, and DDR read modes for up to 66 MBps throughput. Security features include individual and region protection and four 256-byte security regions. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) in a 24-ball BGA package, it is ideal for automotive and embedded systems.
