It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes including DDR, with read rates up to 52 MBps (Quad SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial grades up to -40°C to +125°C. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles per sector, with minimum 20-year data retention.
