CY14B116N-Z45XIT is a 16-Mbit nvSRAM (1024K × 16) combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 85°C and uses a 19.8 to 82.0 uF VCAP capacitor for hands-off AutoStore on power-down, with RECALL on power-up or by software. It supports infinite SRAM cycles, 1,000,000 STORE cycles, 20-year data retention, and comes in a 48-pin TSOP I package with 45-ns access.
