CY14B101KA-SP45XIT is a 1 Mb (128K × 8) nvSRAM with an integrated real-time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40 to 85°C and supports 45 ns access. Automatic STORE on power-down uses a 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor; STORE can also be software or HSB-initiated. It supports infinite SRAM read/write/RECALL, 20-year retention, and 1M STORE cycles.
