CY14B101J2-SXI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for data retention without battery backup. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to 85°C, supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz, and delivers zero-cycle delay reads and writes. AutoStore copies SRAM to nonvolatile on power-down and RECALL restores on power-up. 8-pin SOIC with VCAP and WP pin.
