CY14B064I-SFXI is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz with zero-cycle delay reads and writes. AutoStore on power-down (VCAP) and power-up RECALL preserve data, with 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year retention at 85°C.
