The low on-state voltage allows very high forward current of around 12.8 kA continuously. The 65DN06B02 is mechanically compatible to 65DN06 and very compact with a diameter of 65 mm and a height of 5 mm. *IFAV @ Tc= 100°C **IFAV @ Tc= 85°C
